Generate configuration file for Persephone

This tool is designed to help users generate a configuration file for running the Persephone pipeline. Each section below provides the necessary inputs and optional parameters if applicable. Default inputs will be given for unfilled optional parameters.

After filling each section, click the button below to generate and download the configuration file (.m).To run the Persephone pipeline, call runPersephone.mwithin MATLAB and provide the configuration file path as the input.
